What I've Learned - 8 month - Anna

What I've learned, 8 month edition:
• Even after a shirt has been washed, the place where the spit up was on the shirt still glows under black light.
• Diapers change with formula and solid foods... In many ways
• Now that Anna is becoming more mobile, diaper and clothing changing times have become much more interesting.

• It is fascinating watching babies learn

• Laundry

• You can have all kinds of great toys in front of your child, and the empty water bottle is still her favorite.

• Teething/babies being sick stinks for everyone in the house.

• "Daycare sickness" is not just contagious to the one in daycare, sometimes the parents get it and the child doesn't.

• Anna definitely judges books by their cover, but it has more to do with taste of the cover than anything else.

• You can make the floor spotless and babies will still find the one piece of dirt and put it in their mouth.

• Taking breaks from children is healthy for both parents and the child.

• We have an incredible village.
